Letters from Sienna is a digital subscription providing access to written correspondence delivered by email and made available through a private archive.

Because access to content is granted immediately upon subscription, all sales are considered final, unless otherwise required by law.

2. No Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• partial subscription periods
• unused time
• forgotten cancellations
• changes in personal circumstances
• dissatisfaction based on personal taste or expectations

Once a subscription begins, access to the correspondence and archive is provided immediately and cannot be revoked retroactively.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

After cancellation:

• you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• no further charges will be made
• no refunds will be issued for the remaining time

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, such as:

• duplicate charges
• technical errors resulting in improper billing

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method.
